1. Definitions & Interpretation

• Passwords must be strong, unique, and not shared with any party. betticket recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to the betticket support team.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure at betticket's discretion, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to another party is strictly prohibited.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, betticket reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as compensation for losses incurred. If the closure is at the member's own request or for reasons not involving a violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned after all reviews are completed.
